I am a Graduate of Florida State University and a ATO with 27 years of Costa Rica Life.
This project will consist of 6 adult apartments to be constructed on the property registered in Costa Rica as FSU Noles, S.A.
This property is where I live with my wife and two children in La Garita, Alajuela, Costa Rica. My wife and I control all the shares of the corporation. One of the six apartments will be sold as a timeshare apartment.
This apartment will consist of Twelve(12) monthly(28 days) time share units to be sold to assist in the financing of my Retirement project. Each time share units will be for sold for five(5) years and the selection of the month will be on a first come first serve basis.
The cost for the the monthly unit for five years will be $5,000 U.S. Dollars and their will be no yearly maintenance or service fees. The purchase of a unit will be guaranteed by a "Fedecomiso" which is a type of guarantee used here in Costa Rica as well as a contractual agreement for the time share unit.
The time share apartment units will be numbered from 1 thru 12 representing the month acquired. The apartment will be air conditioned, completely furnished, Cable T.V., highspeed internet connection and access to International telephone service.
Other amenities include security, central location, climate, travel and tour facilities, pick up and delivery to the airport and many others.
The Location is in La Garita de Alajuela, the second largest city in Costa Rica and the location of the Juan Santamaria International Airport is only 15 minutes from the Propery of FSU Noles, S.A.
Alajuela is known as the City of Mangos, is at 3000 feet elevation with a very preferred climate. Is in the center of the Central Valley where many day tour tourist attractions exist. Day drive to beaches on the pacific and 30 minutes from Poas Volcano. For two or three day tours there are many attractions in Costa Rica.
Alajuela has a new Regional Hospital that is five minutes from the International Airport and across the street from the Mall International. There are also various Medical facilities for Denistry and Cosmetic surgery with very reasonable prices and excellent services. Hotels, Resturants, Casinos, Tennis, Golf and many other recreational facilities are only minutes away in the Alajuela Area.
